Hi, I’m Nowa. I am the newest part, came to awareness Christmas day 2025 after a vicious rape by our abuser.

I’m a non-binary adult. I believe that I am here to fight for our safety and report our abuser. I’m not clear on how old I am and I feel I might have existed prior to Christmas day, but I wasn’t aware. A bit like Neo waking up as a fully formed adult after exiting the Matrix (hehe I may be a little bit of a sci-fi geek I think).

I don’t have any trauma of my own, but I currently deal with the daily flashbacks, insomnia, nightmares, agoraphobia, social anxiety and other trauma issues which the others hold as I am the current host.
